The hitchhiker…

Seeing as A. my protagonist cannot drive and does not have a car, taking a hitchhiker is virtually impossible.  Why she does not possess a driving license? Well, she is just not cut out for driving simple as that.

She would end up crashing in the first tree she met by the road. For the love of it A. cannot manage a car, she cannot assess the distance between her car and another vehicle or a curb or a cyclist. She cannot fathom how one can park in this tiny space between two other cars. And what about those pedals, which one is for acceleration and which one is for break again?

Least to say all should be thankful that A. is not and never will be driving.
